General Term and Conditions
Delivery
To the best of our ability, all goods will be delivered within 14 days, if stock
is available. This period begins on the date when the money is seen to have arrived
in our account. Deliveries outside of India can take longer. If the goods are not
in stock, Tarika Exim Pvt. LTD will inform the customer via email about the expected
delivery time if the customer's email address is available. In the case of delays
due to traffic delays, strikes, natural disasters and other unforeseeable events,
Tarika Exim Pvt. LTD is not required to compensate for damages or inconveniences
caused by such delays. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address
details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged
to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We will provide you
with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels and while we make every effort
to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. It is the responsibility
of the customer to inform Tarika Exim Pvt. LTD if an order does not arrive. Once
we learn an order has not arrived within reasonable time, we will lodge enquiries
with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held
liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. Please note that if
an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately.
Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. Without limiting
the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery
does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation
of an order. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein,
we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen
or damaged after delivery has taken place.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Refund Policy
All our products are carefully chosen for their quality, however, if you receive
a product that you believe is not what was expected we will replace the item or
refund your money at our discretion. It will be your responsibility to mail the
item back to office in its original undamaged condition at the provided address
