General Term and Conditions
Delivery
To the best of our ability, all goods will be delivered within 14 days, if stock
is available. This period begins on the date when the money is seen to have arrived
in our account. Deliveries outside of India can take longer. If the goods are not
in stock, Tarika Technologies Pvt. Ltd will inform the customer via e-mail about
the expected delivery time if the customer's e-mail address is available. In the
case of delays due to traffic delays, strikes, natural disasters and other unforeseeable
events, Tarika Technologies Pvt. Ltd is not required to compensate for damages or
inconveniences caused by such delays. It is your obligation to enter the correct
delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we
are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We will
provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels and while we make
every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. It
is the responsibility of the customer to inform Tarika Technologies Pvt. Ltd if
an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived within reasonable
time, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon
as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late
delivery. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch
a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to
